7-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Moodie Store. If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item.

No Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the defective/damaged item.

Incorrect Item Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund.

  • Ship the package to the address provided in the approval email.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item.

Step 5: Receive New Item

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the new item is shipped to you, along with tracking information.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
